Free

This year marks the forty-fifth anniversary of the most famous free lovin’ music festival. Back in 1969, Rolling Stone magazine’s photographer Baron Wolman flew in on a helicopter to capture what would become the most memorable and important experience for the counter-culture generation. The free event, intended for 50,000 ended up attracting a whopping half a million people.
