Representing more than just a brief scream in time, Edvard Munch's work still echoes in the imagination 150 years after his birth. Comprising some 80 paintings, as well as many previously under-appreciated photographs and even a film, this long overdue survey seeks to place him in the heart of a nascent modern movement, rather than as some wild, romantic outsider.
