As part of the Shubbak Festival, this group exhibition of Arabian artists examines how the concept of ‘home’ is formed. Within the gallery’s quasi-domestic setting, a sense of place is addressed by exploring the relationships we have to architecture and historical space as well as the role gender, memory and global identity plays.
Exhibiting artist include: Hamra Abbas, Sarah Abu Abdallah, Manal Al Dowayan, Faten Eldisouky, Walid Elsawi, Hazem Harb, Ahmed Mater, Amina Menia and Ayman Yossri Daydban.
