This subterranean Fulham bar places a firm focus on all things gin – that means at least 40 different bottles behind the bar and many ways to mix them. And if you like your liquor neat? There are plenty to sip, too.
Gin and tonic, unsurprisingly, is a speciality, with 510 Below laying out their meticulous preparation, well, meticulously. Expect double-frozen ice cubes, your choice of gin, Fever Tree tonic and a 'copa de balon' glass to stop the gin getting trapped at the bottom. They have a special pouring technique too, apparently.
It's not just G&Ts though. Expect, too, a gin djinni (gin, raspberry and lemongrass), a passion sin (vodka, passion fruit and chilli) and a hot honey (gin, ginger, cucumber and honey). And if you really like what they're doing? You can become a member, and get a few goodies.
