  • The staff made a major screw up last night, you have to leave a credit card with them when you order drinks - they then managed to hand my credit card to someone else who left with it. They were very apologetic, and didn't let us pay our bill of about £80 which seemed reasonable, but when I got home and cancelled the card I found that the Lucky Pig had magically billed £250 to my card, even though I hadn't signed anything or typed in my pin. I'm not sure how that happened, but to screw up twice seems a bit excessive.

  • Rubish!!! Is a cellar which smell dump and overpriced for what they can offer. Also the owner is an asshole, who hasn't got any manners, very rude so if you want to ruin a night go there. SHIT SHIT SHIT place!!! avoid it!!!

  • A great and rather lucky find! A really authentic-feeling speakeasy underground cocktail bar! We were in a group of about 8 for a friends birthday and it was perfect for celebrating. Cocktails were proper top notch cocktails - I guess you get what you pay for ;-)

  • Fantastic Saturday night out! really reccommend it to anybody that likes a layed back vibe, great cocktails, tasteful decor. Staff were very friendly & helpful as Im not normally much of a cocktail drinker., I ended up staying all night, almost drank the menu! I will be back soon. Ps Saxophonist was absolutely brilliant along side the dj :-)... A

  • Love! Love! Love! this place. At last a bar that is unpretentious and classy but doesn't break the bank. Knowledgeable bar staff that make delicious cocktails and a really laid-back vibe. I came first for a friends birthday and loved it so much I went back on a date the next week.

  • The over done attempts at 20s style decadence are as cringeworthy as you're likely to see. They've clearly paid top dollar for someone to come in and expose some bricks and pipes and hang some oversize cocktail umbrellas from the ceiling in some desperate attempt to add some chic to what is essentially a tourist trap of an overpriced cocktail bar. The scant regard for continued custom is apparent as soon as you order a drink, if not before. The staff were rude and insolent and the cocktails contained more ice than the arctic and the amount of alcohol in the drinks was the only creditable nod to the prohibition era that they seem desperate to try and recreate. I don't think I'd be the first in saying that I won't be going back.

  • Nice early on with acoustic guitar set, then went rapidly down hill when mambo no.5 started blaring out and the crowd loving it! Drinks expensive as you would expect but didn't really offer anything new to make up for it.

  • If you are looking for a late night drinking den or somewhere to kick back and listen to some easy going live music, then this is the place. I wouldn't describe the lucky pig as a prohibition style bar, more of a friendly unpretentious drinking den! If you are looking for the pretentious prohibition style bar head to east London, as there are plenty there, this is not one of them!
