This post-work novelty, a karaoke bar with private rooms, has proved a great success since opening in 2007. The drinks menu is equally Japanese-themed, with a dozen or so drinks short and long (£7), including a Kimono of light rum, lychee and soda, and a Sakkapolitan of saké, Citron vodka, Cointreau and cranberry juice. Beers include Kirin and Asahi, sakés Samurai (£23) and Hanufugestu Ginjo (£26), but there is little point in coming here unless you're up for a serious sing-song - the bar feels like a waiting room. Decent sushi boxes (£10-£32) are available too.
