This 2010-vintage café, bar and bike-repair shop is a must-visit if you're a fan of two-wheeled transports of delight.
During the day, there's Square Mile coffee and some fairly basic food (cakes and pastries, cold deli platters, pies, sandwiches and salads); later, visitors switch to one of four not-bad wines (from £3 a glass) or something from the small but tidy beer list (continental lagers; a bottled ale or two, such as something from local brewer Kernel).
Cycling events are shown on a big screen, and there's even some outdoor seating next to some 'secure' cycle parking (but use your bike lock anyway - this is Old Street, after all). Two wheels or no wheels, this is a lovely little hangout.
