The food and drink line-up for Boxpark Croydon has been announced

Croydon might not sound like an obvious destination if you're in the mood for delicious street food, artisan coffee and craft beer - but that's all about to change thanks to the new Boxpark that's headed for the south London borough. Boxpark Croydon is set to open in September, but we've got all the tasty details on what you can expect when it does.

You definitely won't go hungry (or thirsty) here, as there's more than 40 different food and drink vendors lined up, including meaty maestros Meatliquor, Mexican chain Chilango, The Breakfast Club and Craft Beer Co. As well as some vendors we already know and love, they've also signed up some vendors from the local area. Expect Caribbean flavours from the excellently named Fish, Wings & Tings, authentic Italian food from Breadtree, Vietnamese baguettes from Viet Do An, and craft beer and grilled cheese from Croydon's local brewery, The Cronx.

Sounds like it'll be well worth making the trip when it opens in September. Even if it is in zone 5.
