Time Out says

Sinclair, the Detroit-born poet, political activist – he's the leader of the far-left, anti-racism collective The White Panthers – and, oddly enough, the former manager of infamous US rockers the MC5 makes a rare London appearance to discuss activism, poetry, imprisonment and drugs with 66-year-old Welsh author Marks, who is widely known for his drug-smuggling days and best-selling autobiography 'Mr Nice' – which was adapted to the big screen.
