London International Mime Festival 2013: Amit Drori – Savanna

Banish thoughts of Marcel Marceau knock-offs trapped in invisible boxes: this festival dating back to 1977 offers wordless work from around the world involving everything from puppetry and animation to circus skills and new technology, including many UK premieres. Fusing two stories, 'Savanna: A Possible Landscape' is inspired by an African garden of Eden and populated by mechanical animals from elephants and snakes to moths and snails.
