The composer/theatre director Heiner Goebbels' extraordinary work which - drawing upon an eclectic mix of musical influences, texts and sampled sounds - translates the mechanics and architecture of the city into music. (Note: at 3pm, 'Surrogate Cities Exploded!' - based in the Clore Ballroom, Trinity Laban students and staff collaborate with community participants to deconstruct Goebbel's work throughout the foyers of Royal Festival Hall as part of Music Nation, a countdown event for the London 2012 Festival, the finale of the Cultural Olympiad; free.)
