DJ Harvey

A rare gem of a UK appearance by DJ Harvey, the man who helped pioneer the disco edit and known as an all-round legendary DJ over several decades. There are few DJs worth their salt today who don't have at least a little love for Harvey, who has effectively been on hiatus for the best part of ten years. Tonight, he plays an all-night set at Fabric, presented by the Red Bull Music Academy. This, friends, is even more reason to get excited. All-night sets are ten-a-penny these days, but there are few DJs as well-placed to work a crowd and play a genuinely sublime marathon set as Harve. Expect a huge party soundtracked by cosmic disco, thumping funk-driven house, dancefloor-oriented techno and a whole lot more, all supplied by the deft hands of a master craftsman.
