In Thailand, Songkran is a water-filled three-day festival that takes place across the entire country. Here, it's being confined to the area around the Suda Thai restaurant in St Martin's Courtyard, but it promises to be a food-filled extravaganza lit by paper lanterns and inspired by Bangkok's street food culture. Thai fruit carving, garland-making, traditional Thai crafts and the chance to take your photo in a Thai tuk-tuk are all part of the weekend festivities, and of course there'll be a pop-up bar selling Singha beer.
