Time Out says

Londoners with limited access to hedgerows heaving with free fruit, heaths filled with wild mushrooms or roadsides abundant with edible nettles can still indulge in a foraged meal courtesy of Kew Gardens and caters Peyton & Byrne. The monthly Foraged Dinners will combine a lesson on the edible plants that grow at Kew with a cocktail and a three course meal starring dishes such as grilled Kentish asparagus with wood sorrel flower petals. Foraging expert Yun Hider will be on hand with tips on how to use these plants in the kitchen, as well as information on how they grow. If you miss out on the meals, you can try barbequed chicken with chilli sauce made with Kew chillies at the Pavilion.

Foraged Dinners is part of IncrEdibles – a four-month long event that celebrates the 30,000 edible species of plant.
