The Old Etonian punk singer and his band strum away in their Billy Bragg-ish style

Formerly the screaming frontman of hardcore band Million Dead, since 2005 Turner's been making politicised, slightly punky folk-rock, which owes much to Billy Bragg – although as a bishop's grandson and Old Etonian, he may not quite have Bragg's left-wing credentials. He plays a big gig tonight with his long-standing band, The Sleeping Souls.
