Villagers

Conor J O'Brien’s acclaimed band/project return to perform songs from his latest LP, ‘Darling Arithmetic’. The first two Villagers albums were both nominated for the Mercury Prize, thanks in part to O’Brien’s pleasingly bruised and delicately weary vocals, which lay out his poetic lyrics over music that’s varied from piano-laced, finger-plucked folk to rippling electronica.
