Located within a boutique townhouse, Kensington Hotel’s Aubrey restaurant is a casual affair, albeit one with a strong focus on quality food. Head chef Russell Ford has created an English menu featuring locally sourced ingredients and favours an upmarket twist on classic dishes. Chandeliers, wood panelling and green leather banquettes create a Brit-themed air of sophistication, without the pomp.
