This summer the boys & girls of Fleisch Mob are planning some serious food play time... Cooking principally with fire & wood, outdoors at the amazing Paperworks. Creating a modern European BBQ we are roasting in our wood fired oven & grilling the best British seasonal ingredients we can lay our hands on.
Bringing forth seasonal treats, rare breed meats from The Butchery, Bermondsey, seafood & fish from sustainable sources. Think Oysters, Wild garlic stuffed Lamb Breast with Baba Ganoush, Chargrilled Sea Bream with Green sauce, Burnt Broccoli yogurt & almonds...

'The Paperworks' by Corsica studios, London’s favourite outside party space… this is the only place to eat, drink and dance outside this Summer. We are also serving up some specially made burgers and Fleisch Mob's trademark Hot Dogs for quick eats.
