  • this is NOT fast food. After 2 poor experiences i decided to give it another go and I'm disappointed to say nothing has changed. It took 25 mins for my order to arrive even though I was told it would be 10mins. When it did come the fries were cold and the burger overcooked (i asked for medium, it was well done). To her credit, the manager offered me a voucher for 2 burgers and a side for £14 as a goodwill gesture; the only trouble is that the tastecard offer is better. And I'd also have to make the mistake of spending my hard earned money here again.
