Kahve Dünyasi

A great place, the only coffee shop in Piccadilly where you sit down first and then a server actually comes to your table to take your order. No more horrible queuing in line waiting for some dubious drink and then trying to find a filthy table. Kahve Dünyasi has a full range of drinks from traditional Turkish coffee through to rich syrupy milk shakes all at more than reasonable prices. The snacks and cakes are delicious. For take away this is chocoholics heaven with all sorts of tempting goodies behind the counter. See if you can resist.

Great place for coffee lovers, chocolate covered Turkish delights are addictive. I'm from US and hope they will open a place in DC soon:) so Starbucks can finally have a real competition.

This place has a lovely cosy, although spacious feel to it. The cakes and macarons are tasty and the price will challenge any of the other cafe's in the area - Beautiful, don't change!!

I have never ever been to cafes which don't serve any tea at all. This is England!! I didn't know this was Turkish and if I knew they don't serve teas I would have gone to another cafes. However it was still fantastic for coffee and chocolate lovers.

Thank god for Kahve Dunyasi. Apart from the amazing and exotic array of chocolate & coffee on offer, it's a fun place to hang out in and people watch. Try Borekitas with potato, zesty mint lemonade, and Turkish coffee with mastic for an authentic Turkish experience. Forget comparing it with Starbucks with its predictable muffins and tiresome queues. In Kahve Dunyasi, you'll be served at your table and sit amongst crowds of ridiculously good-looking youths, who people watch, gossip and read each other's coffee cups (again, an authentically Turkish experience.). Glad to finally have a fun place in central London which doesn't revolve around alcohol :) It's not about the decor and location, although it helps. It's about the hospitality and new things on offer to a tired and over priced London coffee scene. Kahve Dunyasi is, in true Turkish style, welcoming.

The place is amazing, nice and pleasant service, friendly staff! Great cakes and huge variety of coffee! Does anybody know name of the managers by any chance ?

I recently visited Kahve Dunyasi on the advice of friends, not knowing what to expect , I was pleasantly surprised, the staff were friendly and courteous , the cleanliness of the restaurant would put most of the well known coffee chains to shame. The coffee was excellent and the chocolates to die for. I recommend Kahve Dunyasi to anyone looking for quality at a sensible price.

From first glimpse this shop drew me in, caught my attention. It appeared to be a modern life Charlie Chocolate Factory and boy did this play meet my expectations. I hear nothing but great reviews about it and I myself seriously recommend a visit. The great location, yet great prices! The best things to get are definietly the macaroons, they are to die for - the best I've found yet! Personal favs are rose and apricot!
