Kateh Knightsbridge - It is difficult to imagine the physical enormity of Iran- by comparison, neighboring Iraq is only a quarter its size. The sumptuousness of Persian cuisine results from the number of other national and ethnic groups living in various parts of Iran- adding to the country’s rich culinary tradition. Some of the more prominent groups with specific history and culture are the Iranian Turks and Kurds. Kateh Knightsbridge aims to highlight this wide gastronomic variety cooked and eaten by local Iranians from the Caspian Sea, all the way to the coast of the Persian Gulf.
