ENGLISH Just good, no more. Be VERY CAREFUL with the bill (hand-written, and you can't really read it) they charge more than you have to pay. They tried to make me pay £88 when I ordered for £73 !!! I ask them to look at the bill, they "double checked" saying me there was no problem with it... So do not hesitate to ask for the menu and do the bill with them or they will steal your money !! For what you eat... Better to go somewhere else ! FRENCH Bien mais sans plus. Cependant, faites très attention car l'addition est écrite à la main (et illisible) et ils chargent plus que ce vous avez pris. N'hésitez pas à compter avec eux et avec la carte ! Ils ont essayés de me faire payer £88 pour une addition qui n'en faisait que £73 !!! Des voleurs !!! Pour ce qu'on y mange mieux vaut aller voir ailleurs...

Excellent restaurant fantastic food one of the best Chinese meals I have had, me and my partner were in London for the wknd and found this place listed on timeout website and we can highly recommend it.

Service charge was added though not marked and a tip also asked for the card payment, and charge was made for cokes at £3.50 instead of the £2.50 on the menu. It's a complete rip-off. I wish I had read the user reviews instead of just the Time Out 4 star review on my iphone.

I meant to rate this restaurant five stars not three!

Went here this evening, in a group of three. We are unadventurous maybe, but really enjoyed the duck set menu. Beautiful dishes, really well cooked, loved the coriander in the hot and sour soup although my son had to finish my soup off for me. The duck was to die for, then the main course of beef, pork, pak choi and egg fried rice was beautiful. Finished off with a deep fried banana, just a nice touch between three. Good price too, they load the price onto the drinks but who doesn't? £25 per head inc drinks we thought was very reasonable, would come back again

Went here tonight ~8pm - had to queue but <10mins. The table had rather harsh lighting - a halogen lamp in the ceiling and a hanging low-voltage. Food was tasty, though they didnt have the oysters, but, after all, we had plenty of food just having two main courses and two rice after a soup start. The bill was brought before we had a chance to order a dessert which my girlfrriend wanted; also, service charge was added though not marked and on the credit card terminal we were asked whether we wanted to add a gratuity, so rather cheeky. Would go back but would look much more carefully for the Malaysian dishes which were hard to find.

I have never tasted Oriental cuisine anywhere near as good as this. On my first visit I had Malaysian Curry Chicken with Mixed Vegetable Fried Rice and Lemon Garlic Chicken Wings for desert i had Banana Fritters. On my second vist I asked the manager to order for me. She Ordered me a beef dish (i don't really know which one it was) with crispy squid and Special Fried Rice. My third visit i had a boneless Lemon Chicken, Crispy Duck Pankcake and Mixed Vegetable Fried Rice. From the presentation to the aroma to the taste everything about my experience at New Fook Lam Moon was awesome. The customer service was excellent really friendly waiters. Great value for money and i would definitely recommend it. 5*

Great value, great food

New Fook Lam Moon restuarant is worth a visit. The quality and the services are exceptional. Although I rated this restuarant as 4 stars, it could be improved by making the food more outstanding with 5 stars standard. It's a great restaurant for all people around the world to eat at. The starters are not expensive and is worth it. The portion size is just right.

our 4th visit since change of ownership service is as good and as welcoming as always drop in food standard - saltier, presentation is least interesting and smaller portions the owner hunded us the bill without asking (how rude?!) this won't make us return, shame!
