Not only does Palms of Goa aim to bring tropical curries and bursting Goan flavours to Fitzrovia, but it also tries to recreate the laid-back charms of the idyllic region on the west coast of India. Biryani, tandoori and thali are all present, as well as Goan specialities such as saag crab and hara fish curry.
