We are taking meat back to the butchers block and keeping it really simple. Through our concept we want to showcase the best of Native British breeds and wild seasonal produce, in a fun, relaxed and informative way.
Our Approach and philosophy to food is rooted in the sourcing. We source local British produce from small local farms. We want to tell you the story behind our food, then cook and serve it very simply. Letting the quality of our produce do the talking.
We believe in using the whole animal from nose to tail.
