This Japanese restaurant from the Eat Tokyo group gets its name from the sound of its signature dish – the Japanese hot pot. According to the Japanese, the sizzle of thinly sliced meat dunked in pots of boiling water sounds like 'shabu shabu'. It's a common name for the dish.
As is tradition, the meat and veg come with sauces for dipping, once they've been cooked by the customer at their table. Here it's an all-you-can-eat buffet-style experience, with lunchtimes offering ramen soups, too.
