Very unimpressed. Ordered a relatively simple takeaway. Was told order would take 50 minutes to deliver. Called to check status of order around 1 hour mark to be told order was on it's way. Am still waiting after more than 1.5 hours and order hasn't arrived. Unfortunately I made the mistake of paying by credit card, so can't even turn the food away if it ever arrives.

At Ealing’s The Thai, situated on New Broadway moments from the mainline and underground train stations, you’ll experience authentic Eastern food in atmospherically traditional surroundings. The large, spacious dining room of The Thai is decorated in the deep, rich colours of Thai silks, adorned with splashes of gold and eye-catching wood carvings, providing a romantic, indulgent feel that makes dining here feel like a real treat. So it comes of something of a surprise to find that The Thai’s menu is so affordable, with the average main dish coming in well below ten pounds. Not, of course, that quality is compromised, The Thai’s chefs producing the best of Thailand’s recipes in typical style using all traditional ingredients and methods while presenting food is a modern, attractive way. Ideal for a special occasion, The Thai is equally a neighbourhood favourite with those who simply need a day off from slaving over a hot stove.
