Far better than its name and dingy location suggest, this unassuming Italian eaterie is a favourite with nearby office workers and those seeking a more leisurely lunch than Euston station can offer. Inside, it's light and airy, with a glass roof at the back and tasteful art on the walls.
The menu covers a well-considered selection of pasta, meat and seafood: mostly conventional, but with a few more exciting dishes. Cannelloni and ravioli were both tastily stuffed; sea bass arrived well presented, with a generous side of veg; and veal milanese was delicious and impressively huge.
Prices are low and service was understated yet efficient. If not quite a diamond in the rough, Pasta Plus is still a surprisingly good find.

The steak frou frou is a highlight of the menu, and the cannelloni and ravioli are also excellent. Its location has advantages - we always find it easy to get a table there whereas we'd have to wait at least half an hour for one of the places at Euston!
I was there for lunch today and would broadly agree with your review. Venetian calves liver was pleasant though tougher than any I have had in Italy - tempted me to wonder whether 'calves' was accurate. Veal Milanese was well done - as you say - but my friend ordered it with spaghetti which came in a rather amorphous mess of tomato sauce at the side of the plate. I felt the prices were high for the standard of cooking this is. Was left wondering whether I would ever be likely to return. If they looked again at their sourcing and pushed up the cooking a couple of notches, this place could be really good.
