Abingdon Road’s Whits, just off of Kensington High Street, has all the hallmarks of a great neighbourhood restaurant.
Beginning with a welcome which warms the cockles of even the hardest nosed of Londoners, its difficult not to be bowled over by Whits’ charm offensive. Light and airy, with a conservatory feel and unpretentious furnishings, the dining room has an informal atmosphere which suggests that you really are as welcome to linger for hours over a glass of wine as you are to grab a quick dinner between meetings. The daily changing menu offered by the Whits kitchen is primarily French in flavour but you’ll nonetheless find surprising touches of anything from Hungarian to Italian adding international flavour to the always surprising dishes. We guarantee you’ll be back for more.
