  • Avoid!!! extremely bad customer service and food is ok-ish... don't waste you time queueing for an average over priced meal. If you want lebanese, stick to the usuals and avoid the trendy chains.

  • A great place to go after a long shop. Good service- ordered the Christmas Meal and the food arrived promptly. A mix of different platters e.g. delicious spicy sausages, roasted scallops, pomegranate salads etc, followed by an exceptional slow cooked lamb. This is an easy going restaurant for people looking for a cheap bite and a warm atmosphere.

  • Might be decent and good value for money for a quick weekday lunch but this place shouldn't be an option for a proper meal. No one seems to be Lebanese there to start with and they seem to be victims of their success and resting on their laurels. Each time I called to make a group booking, a despicable person answered. The time I managed to get one, I was told that I had to fill a form and pay a deposit, which I was very happy to do until I was called a week later and told that my booking can no longer be taken because it's a "busy time" for the restaurant. Any good restaurant should be busy on a Friday night anyway and, apart from the food, the advantages of Lebanese restaurants in general are: They are convenient, unfussy and IDEAL FOR GROUPS, and clearly Yalla Yalla isn't!

  • Very unhappy customer. Had dinner in Yalla Yalla today 20 June 2012. Arrived restaurant 7.30 pm. Absolute complete disaster from start to end. First we had to wait for a table, there were 4 of us, no problem 30 minutes. So we had a drink and waited, no problem. One hour later we were shown to our table. It was a cold evening and as the table was at the front by the fold back doors/windows I asked if they could be closed, it's 9 o clock by now. I was told no the manager wouldn't allow it. I asked to speak to the manager, no he's too busy downstairs one of the staff would ask him. No one came back to me even though I asked three different staff. We were sat at high stools, the most uncomfortable stools I have ever sat at. After waiting another 20 minutes I had to ask for our order to be taken. In fairness the food arrived quickly. Quality of food was ok but nothing to get excited about. Houmos was probably the best item we chose. Our plates were not cleared from the table when we had finished eating. Nobody asked us if we would like dessert, coffee etc. Eventually we got bored waiting and asked for the bill. Even that was hard to get. It took two requests before it came to the table. Overall very disappointed in the management and staff. Would definitely not eat there again. Did not live up to expectations. Same old story, become popular, forget who made you popular THE CUSTOMER.
