Every Thursday in April, Aveda is dedicating the top floor of its stupendous Covent Garden spa to cheap yoga sessions. The idea is to promote thoughtfulness, so each session (led by yoga big cheese Nahid de Belgeonne, founder of Good Vibes) will kick off with an inspiring quote or two. Then you can head downstairs for a spruce up on the outside, too.
