Since its recent opening I have used the Barking Bathhouse on several occasions and on each occasion I rebook my next session and leave feeling what a very pleasant experience I have had. The customers are well looked after by the absolutely amazing bar staff offering us drinks, delicious smoothies and snacks whilst we relax in the spa area. I have noticed particularly during busy periods the staff continue to remain genuinely friendly, courteous and smiley at all times towards us...I couldn't ask for better service. After a brilliant feedback from treatment users I booked myself and sister in law for a Thai and Holistic 1 hour massage for next week at a cost of £30 each - sheer indulgence without the huge price tag!! and I can't wait!!. Due to demand Bathhouse offers men only and women only session on Thursdays and is used by many of my female friends. I have recommended this spa to many friends, it is the perfect end to my week and am really looking forward to my next session relaxing in the very clean wood-fired sauna, cool room and meeting the wonderful staff again. A perfect compliment to Barking - well done and thank you.

Artistry meets relaxing wonderfully at Barking Bathhouse. Sure, its not your polished sauna/spa of a permanent venue, but the rough-cut pop up feel and delightful design add to its charm - and for £8 its a bargain. Had a brilliant time. Emerged a new man...

I didn't know what to expect when I heard about the Barking Bath house in east London; so I thought that I'd pay a visit. Friendly staff, quirky eco design. I had a Thai Yoga massage and then used the sauna and ice room. I was very pleasantly surprised and would heartily recommend that you pay a visit.
