Time Out says

The market that spawned Sir Alan Sugar’s business success via a shampoo stall, Chatsworth Road has reopened its stalls after dwindling trader numbers forced the market to close its doors in the 1990’s. Flash-forward over ten years later and the market is back with 40 stalls a week offering up vintage children’s wear, ethical clothing, original paintings and more. The market also has a huge range of food carts, including falafel from Hoxton Beach, Mexican food from the Quesadilla Cart and German sausages from Herman ze German. Over 50 percent of traders live in the surrounding postcode areas, making the market a truly local affair. Entry is free, or £25 to hire a stall, and there’s also an entrepreneurial scheme, in which local residents are given the opportunity to test run a business idea with four free weeks on the market.
