'James' obviously doesn't know what he is talking about ?! I went into the store, actually I go into the store on many occasions that it has turned into my favourite store. The girls are very helpful, saying hello as I walk in - and the shoe chandelier still amazes me every time! Downstairs with all the mirrors is lovely and all the sales assistants are helpful and well presented. They don't huff and puff like other stores and are happy to help you, even when I don't know what I am looking for!! Kurt Geiger has got a little pricey lately which stops me from treating myself as much as I used to, but I can't help but come back to the store just to admire. Great store, great staff - grumpy James!

Good shoes but dreadful sales staff shoes thrown at you no interest in customer service just chatting was practically self service. Avoid at all costs. Disappointed I couldn't give it 0 stars.
