Best haircut I've ever had! Worth every single penny! Stylist was wonderful, staff were friendly. Looks flash but didn't feel at all pretentious. My next appointment is already booked.

Sadly the salon has become very Chav the old Michael Rasser trained staff are dropping like wild fire and the new in take leave alot to be desired. a few old but true remain but the standards are slipping, Money can not buy you class... time to move on and find a new salon

booked a Kerastraight at MJ in August 2011 with Adrianne after a consult. I was kept waiting half an hour, then after the treatment told to leave it in for 3 days. After this time washed my hair and it was no straighter then before and really greasy at the roots; had to wash it every day instead of every 3. I spoke to technical director at Kerastraight who said the product should be washed out on the day – so either they didn’t give me the treatment I booked or they did it wrong, and thiis cost me £200! I complained in an email to the salon and a letter to the manager, who didn’t even bother to reply. Bad customer service, bad result, pretentious place, avoid!
