As the name suggests, the treats from this attractive boutique will drive cats and dogs (or their owners) crazy. On the shelves you’ll find toys, leads, handmade jewel-encrusted collars (£50-£200), organic nibbles, toothbrushes – even dog nappies. There are also special dog car seats and, bizarrely, wedding dresses with veils. Cats are equally well catered for, with catnip spray and a three-sided ‘scratch lounge’. The nearby same-owned Dog Spa (22 Powis Terrace, W11 1JH, 7243 3399) offers Italian baths: pets are tended to by personal groomers and leave fully coiffed, perfumed and ribbon clad. At the pet supermarket, goodies and titbits can be taken away.

I would say the shop has general pet supplies along with extras.. but its is extremely OVERPRICED. Even harrods do certain things cheaper!! the staff know their bits and bobs but generally quite down on energy and enthusiasm. The manager is a right off put, made me decide i never want to step foot in there again!! chavy annoying woman that patronises you and her staff! makes you feel so uncomfortable and pressured and just gives off a rude, manipulative, overly demanding and money interested vibe! I say your better off buying online or looking else where.. turns out a lot cheaper and less headache from the poor customer experience.
Bought a Xmas jumper from this place in mid december and had the dog groomed too. £40 for a chihuahua cross seemed a bit steep but I figured he deserved a treat. Arrived to be greeted by a bawling Chav of a woman (the manager! commuting daily from deepest Essex??) and left the shop hoping that poochie would survive the ordeal. My partner went to collect the dog a few hours later and found him clipped and already wearing his Xmas jumper. Very sweet! However when we removed the jumper later that day we realised there was a large hole under the arm and therefore resolved to have it exchanged. Returned to the shop the next day to be told by the shop assistant that they don't do exchanges or refunds (Sales of goods act anyone?) but that they would send it away to be fixed. As I was going home for Xmas this meant getting a newly fixed Xmas jumper in January! Nice. Asked him to ring the chavvy one who refused to speak to me on the phone. Told shop assistant I would be writing to explain that by law I had the right to an exchange the faulty goods to which he replied 'my business degree tells me otherwise' University fees well spent! Save your money and your ear drums and buy online.
