Remedie Rooms

That owner Mariama who seem to answer the phone call all the time need to learn some manners & customer care skills. She's rude, her tone when dealing with calls is cold, abrupt, unhelpful & completely unwelcoming!!!! We were thinking of getting a refund & tell everyone what we had experience. It's a shame she own a business like that where people would go to relax & have treatment only to be greeted by this ridiculously unfriendly & fakewoman. What a shame.

My husband and I have been to the Remedie Rooms several times before and always found it to be a well run local business. I try to support local businesses so booked a treatment. I had feedback from my booking that they we concerned I would potentially no -show. I understand that small businesses need to keep a tight slot and dont want to waste a booking. Believe me I understand that. However, the manner of communication was rude and inappropriate. I followed up to say that i felt they needed to adjust their tone and have been involved in a ping pong email exchange where it has been made abundantly clear to me that this business has NO customer focus, and a poor understanding of customer service and they will not acknowledge that their tone was inappropriate.
