Barons Court Theatre

Barons Court
Located beneath The Curtains Up Pub, Barons Court Theatre tends to stage a mix of classic adaptations alongside the work of new or up-and-coming playwrights. The 60-seat, subterranean venue is well served by artistic director Ron Philips who rarely shies away from staging ambitious productions in a tiny space.

Awesome place, great atmosphere - watched Blavasky's Tower here which was amazing and worked really well in the intimate setting. The plays may vary but the venue is lovely and intimate so you can easily become engulfed in the action and emotion as it's so close. Also, great pub upstairs for a drink afters with a lively atmosphere :)

The Pub and Food are great. Play not so unfortunately .... actors seemed like they they were rushing through the lines to finish on time .... being Oscar Wilde timing and phraseology is quite important. If you like the smell of old socks, you'll love the subterranean theatre. Definitely go for the food and the pub atmosphere !
