  • The Saturday afternoon performance was absolutely amazing. The two very talented performers mesmerized the audience with their wonderful voices and transported the audience to the world of Jerusha Abbot and Jervis Pendleton. Absolutely loved it!

  • A really outstanding production. A fine rendition of a lovely book, but the teenage girls in the audience who didn't even know there had been a book were raving on the way out. Two very fine voices and a very skilled staging.

  • One for incurable romantics everywhere. I've raved extensively on my blog http://www.frontrowdress.com/2012/11/daddy-long-legs-st-james-theatre.html

  • Funny - I re-read this charming book this summer, and it was really lovely. The main character is feisty and virtually a feminist! The story is heart warming in the best sense of that over used word. Jean Webster's book was made into a musical film with Fred Astaire and Leslie Caron, but bore only the most cursory resemblance to the book - although the music and dancing are glorious! I am looking forward to being able to see this on stage, and I will keep my hopes alive that this is more true to the original text.
