Playwright Robin Kingsland updates the story of Shakespeare's 'Measure for Measure' to the somewhat unlikely setting of 1960s London for a swinging new musical. MP Simon di Angelo is trying to fight the tide of naughtiness by reviving the Sexual Congress Act, and pop singer Milo Feather falls foul of the new laws.
