Scottish playwrights Tom McGrath and Jimmy Boyle's play 'The Hard Man' is dusted off by the Finborough Theatre as part of their spring 2014 season. Set in Glasgow in the 1970s, the piece takes the audience through Jimmy Boyle's world of petty crime and violence, until he meets a real hard man and quickly finds himself accused of murder. Based on the real life of co-writer Boyle, the piece hasn't been performed in London since 1985.
