Just when we thought life couldn't get any more exciting than a cat café, London gains an owl bar. If you're one of the lucky ornithophiles who gets a ticket to this nocturnal week-long pop-up your £20 will gain you two cocktails and two hours in the company of six beautiful owls. Profits from the ticket sales will go to the Barn Owl Centre, a charity dedicated to bird welfare.
Tickets will be allocated using a ballot system, and at the time of writing nearly 35,000 people had entered... we wish you luck!
