Time Out says

Sutton House's newly refurbished outdoor area opens to the public on Tuesday August 12. Situated where once there was only scrubland, Breaker's Yard has been transformed into a late-twentieth century themed urban oasis thanks to arts-based educational charity The House of Fairytales and award-winning landscape designer Daniel Lobb. Now on a visit to the Yard, you’ll be able to explore its edible garden and innovative art installations, including 'The Magical Grange', a 1970s, two-storey caravan kitted out like a historic stately home. The site was also once home to an actual breakers yard, with old vehicles and unwanted junk cluttering up the place. Although the area has been cleared up, its history hasn't been forgotten. The Yard incorporates all these elements – most noticeably in the greenhouse that was previously a bus and bespoke gates formed from more than 1,000 toy cars. Entry to the Yard is free and admission to Sutton House is £3.50, £1 children.
