In this lunchtime lecture, curator Stephen Astley of the Sir John Soane's Museum traces the history of the Royal College of Surgeons building from 1800, when the college first moved to Lincoln's Inn Fields, to 1941 and its partial destruction in an air raid. The lecture lasta approximately 45 minutes, and tickets must be booked in advance, on 020 7869 6568.
