Another packed line-up of music, comedy, dance, spoken word and street performance will make up this annual festival's 53rd edition. An inflatable bowler hat will provide a temporary space for comedy, cabaret and circus, but events will take place all over the square mile. Listen to jazz with a view over the city from the Sky Garden or The Shard, debate justice in the Bishopsgate Institute and the Bailey, enjoy orchestral music in St Paul's and plenty more besides. This year's children's parade (July 10) takes on a theme of 'myths and legends'. Many events are free. For the full line-up and to book visit the City of London Festival website.
