These walks are no longer taking place

Discover more about Bloomsbury in less than a lunchtime on these free 45-minute walks through the area surrounding the headquarters of Coram, a charity born from the work of The Foundling Hospital. Visit the former site of the hospital and learn about its 275-year history as well as hearing anecdotes about local royals, Charles Dickens, London's first by-pass and Bloomsbury's role as a centre for child healthcare and welfare. Meet at the Thomas Coram statue outside Coram headquarters in Brunswick Square. Tickets are free but limited so should be booked in advance, and the route ends with free tea and gingerbread in the charity's home in Brunswick Square.
