Have a laugh and a workout while raising funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust in Dulwich Park's ninth annual fun run. Adults can choose to run 10k or 5k, while younger runners can opt for the juniors one-mile event. This year, for the first time, parents pushing buggies can take part in the kids' event. Should you be feeling a bit achy afterwards, masseurs will be on hand to help your legs recover, and a cake stall should take care of energy replenishment. You could even call the midwife, although she might be a bit past it too (star of the BBC One drama, Jenny Agutter and other members of the cast are taking part this year).
