Former professional cyclist, columnist, broadcaster and author Michael Hutchinson will speak about his new book 'Faster: The Obsession, Science and Luck Behind the World's Fastest Cyclists'. He will give an insight into the world of cycling, what the riders, coaches and boffins get up to behind the scenes and why the idea of going faster is such an appealing universal instinct. The doors will open at 6pm for drinks and the talk will begin at 6.30pm.
