Could not have been more impressed with the service from Bubblewrap Removals! Lovely boys - really polite and professional. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone,.
Find a removal firm
Mike Hacking from removal company Movers Not Shakers offers these helpful hints on how to find the best removal firm
Word of mouth is always a good way of finding a reliable removal firm. Make sure you pick one that knows your area well – you don’t want them getting lost or not knowing where to park. Mike Hacking from removals company Movers Not Shakers offers these helpful hints: ‘A lot of removals companies will charge an hourly rate. The more organised you are, the quicker the move. This is really crucial to the length of time the move will take. Have everything packed up; loose items add time and also hinder safe delivery.
‘Make sure that furniture which is too large to fit through the doors, down the stairs etc is disassembled (most good companies will do this for you and reassemble it at the destination). Be clear where you want the furniture to be placed in your new home. All crockery, glasses etc should be individually wrapped in tissue paper (newspaper is okay but can leave ink smudges). All paintings, vases and large fragile items should be wrapped in bubble-wrap.
‘Boxes should be separated into two categories, one for heavier items (books, crockery etc) should not be bigger than about 18"x18"x18".
Boxes of clothes and linen (ie lighter things) should not be too big for one man to carry. All boxes should be clearly labelled with a description of what is in them and which room in the destination address you want them placed.
‘Ideally, all TV and audio equipment should be bubble-wrapped. Make sure that you have the associated cables and remote controls boxed safely.’

Ahhh moving is such a pain in the arse but these guys made it SO easy! Affordable for starters, they offered a quick service whilst being fun, friendly (and hot) when moving my worldly, much loved goods. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to move without any stress or dramas.
http://www.bubblewrapremovalsltd.com/ Give them a go! Will not disappoint.
After being stressed about my flat move for 2 days, the guys from A Man With A Van London Stephan and Damian were quick to calm me down right after they arrived and convinced me that it will be a hassle free move and i had nothing to worry about. They were brilliant! I honestly did not expect a service like theirs but for my surprise this time i managed to book the right man with a van.

Wow, thank you so much for these tips. I agree that the word of mouth is the best way to find a removal firm. My wife and I are getting ready to move up to London in a couple of weeks. It's going to be a really great change for us.
I really like the advice to have boxes separated in two categories. When my family moved a few years ago, we didn't do that. It was tough because some of the small boxes got crushed. There are some items that just can't be replaced. http://www.canadianvanlines.com
The way to get the best services and pricing is by doing a comparison of what each company charges on Http://bestmovingcompanies.co.uk
I will recommend a London removal company used by me: http://www.amanwithavanlondon.co.uk.
After their service, I sent them this:
"Many thanks for all your and your team's hard work yesterday. The move went very smoothly - better in fact than i anticipated - and that was thanks to you all. Hopefully my mother-in-law will settle in her new home hapilly and we won't be needing a removal firm again for a few years. I would however be happy to use your firm again in the future."
Please, call Stephan on 020 8245 4005 and book with confidence. Joanne Blair
Bubblewrap removals are great. Very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them. Their site: www.bubblewrapremovalsltd.com
I found out O'Briens removals (07928 655 629) through a recomendation. I was very impressed with their packing skills. A very stress free move, i would use them again. Not your normal removal men, they even drunk herbal tea!
You can call Best Van & Man Removals on 0800 924 7424 or visit their very nice website at http://www.bestvanandman.co.uk to book them. We will be using them again on Thursday 26th February.
I've been looking recently for some good removalists. I need someone who will be sensitive to the delicate nature of the things I need transported. I know that's not something that usually comes up on reviews, so I guess I need to ask for recommendations. Anyone know a firm that will fit those specifications?
For Removals West London try Abracadabra Removals on 0 800 211 8482 or view their website http://www.abracadabramoves.co.uk/. Their service is friendly and professional
How to find a Removal company in London? Try http://www.bestvanandman.co.uk and You will not be disappointed. Our trade union tried it last year and since them we used them 4 times for deliveries around London. Happy with the service every time!

Not enough people keep the box size in mind. If you're going to put something heavy in a box, then it can't be a big box. Otherwise it's just a hassle for you and the movers. Make sure you label everything clearly and keep similar things together. http://www.ashtons.com.au
that your move will be much easier if you begin to search for the right
removal company well before your completion date because many removal
firms are booked up weeks in advance especially the good ones.
It's crazy how much stuff you realize you have when it's time to move! That's why I'm thinking about getting a professional removalist for this next move this next month. In your second paragraph you mentioned that the removalist can deconstruct your furniture if it doesn't fit through the doors. That is impressively thorough!
We used Abracadabra Removals in North London. Great move , Mark was helpful on the phone and the guys he sent were really patient with me.
I used AAZ Removals which provides an excellent service at a competitive price. Their team are very friendly and professional. They arrived on time and delivered my belongings quickly and with care. Nothing was broken! Would recommend without any hesitation! http://aazremovals.co.uk
I also used Bubble Wrap Removals Ltd, they were reccomended by a good friend of mine and I am so happy I decided to go with them. Moving is a stressful thing and these guys made it so easy, my furniture & possessions were in very safe & capable hands. Would definately use them again.
Great value for money too! Thank you!

We were lucky enough to use Bubble Wrap Removals Ltd. They were friendly, efficient and took good care of our stuff. They made the whole moving experience a little less stressful. Couldn't recomend them highly enough. http://www.bubblewrapremovalsltd.com
I have been lucky when hiring a removal firm for my move. I booked http://www.bestvanandman.co.uk and ended up with a very good removal company. Recommended.
I will have to bookmark this site for later in the year. My company is opening a new office in Adelaide. If I play my cards right, I may be its first manager. My boss has already hinted that I am being considered for the position. If I get the job, I will certainly be able to afford a removalist.
I fully recommend and will be using Best London Removals http://www.bestlondonremovals.co.uk The guys are all extremely efficient and hard working, on time and helpful.
Really it is a great article, I would like to tell you that you have given me much more knowledge about relocation. - http://www.packersandmoversmadhapur.in

I learned about Best Van & Man by people who used their services in the past and i clicked on http://www.bestvanandman.co.uk and called them. I needed them for a relatively big move which involved 2 vans and 4 men. It was booked, conducted and later on reviewed with ease. Very professional men - hassle free move for us. It’s been a while but I have finally found the time to write this review about our house move at the end of November last year. Moving house is always a stressful experience but the removal company we picked contributed to make it awful for us! We selected “Removals With A Smile”, given that the review seemed good. We had the flat surveyed and everything looked fine at that time, we showed all the cupboards in order for them to estimate the amount of wardrobe boxes and at the end we opted for the packing and moving service, packing one day and moving the day after. On the packing day 2 guys came to the property and packed what they thought was necessary (even though we were expecting them to dismantle some pieces of furniture already, in order to save some time on the moving day). The day after the first guy arrived with a van around 8.30 and the remaining three guys arrived around 9 with the second van. However, the first thing they asked has been a cup of coffee, which we kindly provided, and they didn’t start to work until 9.30 (keep an eye on this because you pay for this time too, even if they are having a break even before starting to work!).
To be honest we have not been impressed by the pace they had throughout the whole day (I saw the same comment from someone else too) and, even if I have been told that this was “a perfectly sensible decision made”, they turned up with only 4 wardrobe boxes, therefore most of our clothes have been put in boxes, not what we were expecting, considered the status these clothes were in once unpacked! Having seen the reaction of the guys when they saw the cupboards and the quantity of clothes to be moved, I don’t think this was a “perfectly sensible decision”, but just lack of planning. We helped packing and when we finished to pack the stuff in the kitchen they asked for another cup of coffee, which we kindly gave them, unpacking all the stuff needed (bad move, as the cup was not given back with the promise of having it back at the new property, where they said they had probably left it behind, thing not true because we checked! So be careful and don’t give them cups you like, as you might not see them anymore!). After the coffee break they carried on and after lunch, at around 2 pm we left the property, preceding them to the new house, located 20 minutes away. After about 1 hour (30 mins lunch break) they arrived at the new property and started to unload the vans. They had to reassemble 4 pieces of furniture, and they didn’t manage to assemble 2 pieces out of 4, spending a huge amount of time with the other 2 (I moved last year and I have a good benchmark for this!). At some point I told them to move on and leave myself and my wife to mount the TV unit, as 2 of them had already spent 1 hour without getting anywhere. In 20 minutes we assembled the unit. As already said, the pace was not impressive, and at some point I was so upset in seeing that only my wife was unloading boxes from the van, with two guys struggling to assemble the wardrobe and another one disappeared somewhere. We were happy to help, but not to be the only ones unloading.
After a long time struggling with the sliding doors of the wardrobe, they announced that everything was done. I went to check the doors and one was hardly sliding, while the other one had a gap of at least 1 inch. I went out and ask if they thought we were idiots, as this was definitely not a finished job. I asked to remove the doors (and they struggled also to do this) and the day after I mounted them myself in 15 minutes, just following the IKEA instructions (we offered to provided them but we have not been listened to). At the end only one guy (Tim if I well remember the name) stayed behind apologising for not having fitted everything properly and looked disappointed, the other 3 guys didn’t even say goodbye. I don’t know if we have only been unlucky or if we are used to a different standard, having used removal companies in other countries, but we will definitely not recommend this company to anyone we know, and when we described our day to our colleagues at the office, they all asked for the name, in order to be sure they don’t pick it. They agreed to slightly reduced the price but this definitely is not compensating the horrible day we had; to be honest I don’t care if the removers smile or not, I pay them to do their job in a professional way not to be funny (and by the way, in my personal opinion they weren’t any of the two things).
That sounds like a disaster move, I would recommend Abracadabra Removals. You can find them at www.abracadabramoves.co.uk
Hi I highly recommend the guys at Essex House Removals there website is http://www.essexhouseremovals.com
Ii is very difficult to know who is the best removal company to use, but I was recommended http://www.saferemovals.co.uk and after consulting with them and meeting the team I decided to proceed and was very impressed with their professionalism and affordability.
I highly recommend Bubblewrap Removals. They operate throughout London and the UK. http://www.bubblewrapremovalsltd.com/ They have positive feedback, are low cost, yet reliable, professional and friendly. They also have full goods in transit insurance which is a must if you want to protect your items! Most removals companies don't have this, so it's definitely something to look out for.
After being badly let down by the company I used in the past 2 years for my flat moves I was then recommended to come on this website and looked for a more reliable removal company for my move.
After carefully reading the reviews I chose The most recommended Best Van And Man Removals - http://www.bestvanandman.co.uk and I can say I wasn't disappointed at all. They had availability and were exactly on time, moved everything quickly and were very funny as well.
I can now recommend them to anyone in London who would move in 2015!

I personally Recommend http://londonremovalscompany.co.uk They are quite good and professional.
Finding a good moving company is not as easy as it sounds like. There have been a lot of reports on moving company scams lately, which require us to beware of them. The only thing you need to consider while hiring movers is their repute in this business. A well-reputed moving company will provide you with the best services at the most reasonable price.
Thanks for sharing this post. really those post have good stuff, i read this post i knew that this service make very easy to move one place to another place. - http://www.packersandmoverskukatpally.com
We have been recommended Best Van & Man Removals by our friends Helen and Josh - http://www.bestvanandman.co.uk who used them about a month or so ago for their move and we thought it would be best if we use someone recommended for our house removals. Now I can say thank you to Steve and Tim for their hard work and patience. We had to wait for 2 hours for our completion and the guys although the van was fully loaded waited with us and were great fun!
They fitted everything in their New like Luton van and the move was completed with a professional attitude and great care! Here it is Steve - as promised! Debbie
If you moving house than make sure choose a company who have BAR accreditation i recently moved house with HRBB REMOVALS they did a great job for us. they were on time and highly trained. check them out for an online quote http://www.hrbbservices.co.uk/
BMC (http://www.bestmoverscompany.co.uk/) helped us move from the Netherlands to the UK.
They agreed to the job at short notice, for a very reasonable price, picked up our belongings from the Netherlands and delivered them to the UK the same day(!)
Loading and unloading was very quick and efficient: unloading took 45 minutes (and we had plenty of stuff), and loading didn't take much longer than that.
Everything was well packed, and nothing got broken.
All in all, a very smooth, quick, and professional service.
Just wanted to drop a quick note to say the service I received this morning from Best Van & Man Removals - http://www.bestvanandman.co.uk was excellent and the move went without a hitch!
I am recommending the company now to everyone who might be needing a removal service. Thank you,
