Thought spring couldn’t get more exciting? Taking place throughout March and April, the inaugural World Class Cocktail Festival will be kicking off at 100 bars in 20 different towns and cities across the nation. And you’re not going to want to miss it. The event is bringing you bespoke cocktails that aren’t available anywhere else, created by some of the best bartenders Britain has to offer, right on your doorstep. Better yet, the cocktails will feature top notch brands for you to explore and enjoy! Oh, and if you enter your details below, you can win a £250 bar tab to spend at the event. How can you miss out on that?

1. There are so many opportunities to get involved

From Bristol to Birmingham, Glasgow to Grimsby and Liverpool to London, you can get a world-class cocktail wherever you are. Check out the festival website to find your closest bar and head on over to enjoy bespoke serves that really showcase how great your local bartenders are.

2. Find your flavour at the Festival Hub

From March 19, those in London can also head to the Festival Hub which will be popping up at The Bar at Home, just round the corner from Oxford Circus. Here, you can enjoy a complimentary cocktail after completing a fun and interactive ‘Flavour Masterclass’, which helps you create bespoke creations, hosted by in-store experts, all free of charge. There will also be a 15 percent discount, free bottle engraving and a gift with the purchase of any festival brand.

3. And of course, there are world-class cocktails

For a limited time only, you’ll get to try delicious cocktails that have been created specifically for this festival and that have never been on menus before. Expect innovative creations, from whisky and melon to rhubarb and custard-inspired mixes, these amazing one-of-a-kind cocktails are only available during the festival, so head to your nearest bar and don't miss out.

4. Drinks come made by the Top 100 bartenders in Britain

What makes a cocktail world-class? Well, it’s the people behind them. The cocktails on offer here are being made by the top 100 bartenders in the country (as awarded by the Diageo World Class GB Cocktail Competition 2024), using some of the best ingredients around. Expect top-quality cocktails with impeccable hosting alongside for an all-round world-class experience. These bartenders really know what they are doing!

5. Something for everyone

All of the bars taking part will have a festival menu featuring a variety of cocktails, meaning there’s something for everyone. For gin lovers, you’ve got Tanqueray No. TEN, bursting with fresh whole citrus fruits. For those wanting to explore the world of whisky, there is The Singleton, an award-winning, balanced Speyside Scotch. And there’s alcohol-free Seedlip, a pioneering spirit to drink when ‘not drinking’. From twists on sours to spritzes, highballs and everything in between, there is something to suit all tastes. Can’t make it IRL? You can try your hand at making world-class cocktail festivals from home by ordering spirits online.
