This annual open day returns to Holly Lodge complete with pony rides, guided walks and pond dipping. Kids can clamber aboard a fire engine to find out how it works before setting off on a mini beast hunt across the park. Shire horses will also be making an appearance and visitors can watch them having new shoes fitted and buy their old ones for good luck.
